Refund Policy (No Refund, Exchange Only)

We offer no refunds.  We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@ponce2boutique.com and return your item to us.  If you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.

Shipping: To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged produts to reach you may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Ponce 2 Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry Ponce 2 Boutique will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
